• Candidates hailing from Uttar Pradesh and having Domicile of Uttar Pradesh can only avail this Scholarship facility.
• For Class 09th candidates they should clear their class 8th level of examination and enrolled with Class 09th & For Class 10th candidates they should clear their class 09th level of examination and enrolled with Class 10th can fill this Scholarship Form.
• For Class 11th candidates they should clear their class 10th level of examination and enrolled with Class 11h & For Class 12th candidates they should clear their class 11th level of examination and enrolled with Class 12th can fill this Scholarship Form.
• Candidates must be enrolled in any UG / PG / Diploma / Certificate Examination can fill up this scholarship form.

How to Fill UP Scholarship Online Form 2025-26

• Go to the official website scholarship.up.gov.in.

• Click on “Student” → Select Fresh Registration or Renewal Login.

• Choose the applicable scholarship type – Pre Matric, Post Matric, or Dashmottar.

• Fill all personal and educational details carefully.

• Upload scanned copies of required documents.

• Review your application before final submission.

• After submission, take a printout of the form.

• Submit the hard copy to your school/college for verification.

UP Scholarship Form for Offline Submission 2025

Students who are unable to apply online or whose institutions require offline submission can also submit the UP Scholarship Form 2025 in offline mode. The offline submission process is very simple and mainly applicable for internal verification within the school or college before uploading to the online portal.
